62. - (1) If on an amendment to the question “That a bill be now read a second time (or the third time)” it is decided that the word “now” stand part of the question, the Speaker shall forthwith declare the bill to be read a second or the third time as the case may be.

(2) When the question has been proposed “That a bill be now read a second time (or the third time)” and the question on any amendment to leave out all the words after “That” and insert other words has passed in the negative, the main question shall be put forthwith.

62. - (1) Qualora su di un emendamento alla questione “Che il progetto di legge sia adesso letto per la seconda volta (o la terza volta)” venga deciso che il termine “adesso” faccia parte della questione, lo Speaker dichiarerà immediatamente il progetto come letto per la seconda o la terza volta, secondo i casi.

(2) Quando sia stata proposta la questione “Che il progetto di legge sia adesso letto per la seconda volta (o la terza volta)” e sia stata respinta la questione su qualunque emendamento per eliminare tutti i termini dopo il “Che” ed inserire altri termini, la questione principale sarà posta immediatamente.
