94. - (1) Notices of questions for oral answer in the Scottish Grand Committee by Scottish Office ministers or Scottish law officers on a day specified in an order made under paragraph (1) of Standing Order No. 100 (Scottish Grand Committee (sittings)), may be given by members of the committee in the Table Office.

(2) Notices of questions given under this order shall bear an indication that they are for oral answer in the Scottish Grand Committee.

(3) No more than one notice of a question may be given under this order by any member of the committee for each day specified under paragraph (1) of Standing Order No. 100 (Scottish Grand Committee (sittings)) for the taking of questions.


(4) On any day so specified under paragraph (1) of Standing Order No. 100 (Scottish Grand Committee (sittings)), questions shall be taken at the commencement of the sitting; no question shall be taken later than three-quarters of an hour after the commencement of the proceedings thereon; and replies to questions not reached shall be printed with the official report of the committee’s debates for that day.

(5) Notices of questions under this order may be given ten sitting days before that on which an answer is desired save where otherwise provided by a memorandum under paragraph (8) of Standing Order No. 22 (Notices of questions, motions and amendments):

Provided that when it is proposed that the House shall adjourn for a period of fewer than four days, any day during that period (other than a Saturday or a Sunday) shall be counted as a sitting day for the purposes of the calculation made under this paragraph.

94. - (1) Preavvisi di interrogazioni a risposta orale nella Gran Commissione Scozzese da parte di ministri dello Scottish Office (nota 32) o di law officer scozzesi in un giorno specificato in un order approvato ai sensi del paragrafo (1) dello Standing Order n. 100 (Gran Commissione Scozzese (sedute)), possono essere dati dai membri della commissione al Table Office.

(2) Preavvisi di interrogazioni dati ai sensi del presente order recheranno una indicazione che esse sono a risposta orale nella Gran Commissione Scozzese.

(3) Non più di un preavviso di una interrogazione può essere dato ai sensi del presente order da parte di qualunque membro della commissione per ciascun giorno specificato ai sensi del paragrafo (1) dello Standing Order n. 100 (Gran Commissione Scozzese (sedute)), per lo svolgimento di interrogazioni.

(4) In qualunque giorno così specificato ai sensi del paragrafo (1) dello Standing Order n. 100 (Gran Commissione Scozzese (sedute)), si procederà allo svolgimento di interrogazioni all’inizio della seduta; nessuna interrogazione sarà svolta oltre tre quarti d’ora dopo l’inizio dei relativi lavori; e le risposte ad interrogazioni non raggiunte nella trattazione saranno stampate con il resoconto ufficiale delle discussioni della commissione per quel giorno.

(5) Preavvisi di interrogazioni ai sensi del presente order possono essere dati dieci giorni di seduta prima di quello in cui si desidera una risposta salvo laddove diversamente disposto da un memorandum ai sensi del paragrafo (8) dello Standing Order n. 22 (Preavvisi di interrogazioni, mozioni ed emendamenti):

A condizione che quando venga proposto che la Camera si aggiorni per un periodo non inferiore a quattro giorni, qualunque giorno durante quel periodo (diverso da un Sabato o una Domenica) sarà calcolato come giorno di seduta ai fini del computo effettuato ai sensi del presente paragrafo.
