102. - (1) There shall be a standing committee called the Welsh Grand Committee, which shall consist of all Members representing Welsh constituencies, together with not more than five other Members nominated by the Committee of Selection, which shall have power from time to time to discharge the Members so nominated by it and to appoint others in substitution for those discharged.


(2) The quorum of the committee shall be seven, subject to paragraph (5) of Standing Order No. 108 (Welsh Grand Committee (sittings)).

(3) The business of the committee shall include-

(a) questions tabled in accordance with Standing Order No. 103 (Welsh Grand Committee (questions for oral answer));

(b) short debates held in accordance with Standing Order No. 104 (Welsh Grand Committee (short debates));

(c) ministerial statements proceeded with under Standing Order No. 105 (Welsh Grand Committee (ministerial statements));

(d) bills referred to it in accordance with Standing Order
No. 106 (Welsh Grand Committee (bills));

(e) such specified matters relating exclusively to Wales as may be referred to it in accordance with Standing Order No. 107 (Welsh Grand Committee (matters relating exclusively to Wales)); and

(f) motions for the adjournment of the committee, made under paragraph (5) of Standing Order No. 108 (Welsh Grand Committee (sittings)).

(4) Any Minister of the Crown, being a Member of the House, though not a member of the committee, may take part in the deliberations of the committee and may make a motion, but shall not vote or be counted in the quorum.

102. - (1) Sarà costituita una commissione permanente denominata Gran Commissione Gallese che sarà composta da tutti i Membri che rappresentino collegi elettorali gallesi, insieme a non più di cinque altri Membri nominati dalla Commissione di Selezione, che avrà potere di esonerare periodicamente i Membri così nominati e di nominarne altri in sostituzione di quelli esonerati.

(2) Il numero legale della commissione sarà di sette membri, fatto salvo il paragrafo (5) dello Standing Order n. 108 (Gran Commissione Gallese (sedute)).

(3) L’attività della commissione comprenderà

(a) interrogazioni presentate in conformità allo Standing Order n. 103 (Gran Commissione Gallese (interrogazioni a risposta orale));

(b) discussioni brevi tenute in conformità allo Standing Order n. 104 (Gran Commissione Gallese (discussioni brevi));

(c) dichiarazioni ministeriali prese in esame in conformità allo Standing Order n. 105 (Gran Commissione Gallese (dichiarazioni ministeriali));

(d) progetti di legge ad essa assegnati in conformità allo Standing Order n. 106 (Gran Commissione Gallese (progetti di legge));

(e) le materie specifiche riguardanti esclusivamente il Galles il cui esame possa essere ad essa rinviato in conformità allo Standing Order n. 107 (Gran Commissione Gallese (materie riguardanti esclusivamente il Galles)); e

(f) mozioni per l’aggiornamento della commissione, presentate ai sensi del paragrafo (5) dello Standing Order n. 108 (Gran Commissione Gallese (sedute)).

(4) Qualunque Ministro della Corona che sia Membro della Camera, sebbene non sia membro della commissione, può partecipare alle deliberazioni della commissione e può presentare una mozione, ma non avrà diritto di voto né sarà computato ai fini del numero legale.
