114. - (1) A motion may be made by a Minister of the Crown at the commencement of public business to the effect that a legislative proposal or other specified matter relating exclusively to Northern Ireland be referred to the Northern Ireland Grand Committee for its consideration, and the question thereon shall be put forthwith.

(2) If such a motion be agreed to, the committee shall consider the legislative proposal or matter referred to it and shall report only that it has considered the said legislative proposal or matter.

(3) In this order and in Standing Orders No. 109 (Northern Ireland Grand Committee (composition and business)) and No. 116 (Northern Ireland Grand Committee (sittings)) “a legislative proposal” means a proposal for a draft Order in Council relating exclusively to Northern Ireland.

114. - (1) Una mozione può essere presentata da un Ministro della Corona all’inizio dell’attività di interesse pubblico, affinché una proposta di carattere legislativo o altra materia specifica riguardante esclusivamente l’Irlanda del Nord sia rinviata per il suo esame alla Gran Commissione per l’Irlanda del Nord, e la relativa questione sarà posta immediatamente.

(2) Nel caso in cui una tale mozione venga approvata, la commissione procederà all’esame della proposta di carattere legislativo o della materia ad essa rinviata e riferirà solo di aver esaminato detta proposta di legge o detta materia.

(3) Nel presente order nonché negli Standing Order n. 109 (Gran Commissione per l’Irlanda del Nord (composizione ed attività)) e n. 116 (Gran Commissione per l’Irlanda del Nord (sedute) “una proposta di carattere legislativo” significa una proposta per uno schema di Order in Council riguardante esclusivamente l’Irlanda del Nord.
