159. - Where, under any Act of Parliament, a statutory instrument is required to be laid before Parliament, or before this House, the delivery of a copy of such instrument to the Votes and Proceedings Office on any day during the existence of a Parliament shall be deemed to be for all purposes the laying of it before the House:

Provided that nothing in this order shall apply to any statutory instrument being an order which is subject to special parliamentary procedure or to any other instrument which is required to be laid before Parliament, or before this House, for any period before it comes into operation.

159. - Laddove, ai sensi di una legge, sia richiesta la presentazione di un decreto legislativo al Parlamento, o a questa Camera, la consegna di una copia di tale decreto al Votes and Proceedings Office in qualunque giorno nel corso della legislatura si presumerà a tutti gli effetti costituire la loro presentazione a questa Camera:

A condizione che nulla nel presente order si applicherà a qualunque decreto legislativo che sia un order soggetto ad una speciale procedura parlamentare o a qualunque altro decreto di cui sia richiesta la presentazione al Parlamento, o a questa Camera, per un qualunque periodo prima della sua entrata in vigore.
