161. - (1) The Serjeant at Arms attending this House shall take into his custody any stranger whom he may see, or who may be reported to him to be, in any part of the House or gallery appropriated to the Members of this House, and also any stranger who, having been admitted into any other part of the House or gallery, shall misconduct himself, or shall not withdraw when strangers are directed to withdraw, while the House, or any committee of the whole House, is sitting.

(2) The power conferred upon the Serjeant at Arms by paragraph (1) of this order may, if the chairman so directs, be exercised in respect of strangers present at sittings of select and standing committees.

161. - (1) Il Serjeant at Arms presente in questa Camera prenderà in custodia qualunque estraneo che egli possa individuare, o che possa essergli riferito si trovi, in qualunque parte della Camera o galleria riservata ai Membri di questa Camera, nonché qualunque estraneo che, essendo stato ammesso in qualunque altra parte della Camera o galleria, manifesti un comportamento non adeguato, o non si ritiri al momento in cui si ordini agli estranei di ritirarsi, mentre la Camera, o qualunque commissione dell’intera Camera, sia in seduta.

(2) Il potere conferito al Serjeant at Arms dal paragrafo (1) del presente order può, qualora così disponga il presidente, essere esercitato nei confronti di estranei presenti a sedute di select committee e commissioni permanenti.
