131. - To every question or series of questions asked of a witness under examination in the proceedings of a select committee, and at the beginning of each page of the minutes of evidence, there shall be prefixed the name of the inquiring Member.

131. - Per ogni domanda, o serie di domande, poste ad un testimone ascoltato nei lavori di una select committee, ed all’inizio di ciascuna pagina dei resoconti di audizioni, verrà riportato il nome del Membro interrogante.
